Discount Code

Only one code is permitted per order and must be entered correctly (case sensitive) in the discount code box provided at checkout. When entered correctly the Discount Code will generate the reduction in your basket.

We regret we cannot process codes retrospectively after the order has been placed due to the cost of bank processing, fees on refunds.

Codes will not be applied to sale items 

Gift with Purchase

These are automatically added to your cart when your order qualifies for the offer. No other offer or discount is valid when a GWP is added. These are not provided if the terms of the offer are not met. Gift with purchase items are not eligible for exchange or monetary refund.

Returned or Cancelled Order with Offers

When returning items that include a discount the refund due will include the discount. If a free gift was included this must be returned with your item or the value of the gift will be deduced from the refund.

If a refund is issued an admin fee may apply due to the cost or processing refunds with the banks.

Offers run for a limited time and can’t be used in-conjunction with any other offers.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available at order. We do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be despatched until the original order is delivered back to us.

If your order is returned to us the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is despatched again.

Purchasing Currency

Please note purchasing currency is GBP

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.

Stock Availability

Unfortunately, from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you order is temporarily out of stock.

Our Dispatch Process

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Please note If you have selected standard delivery and would like to request special instructions to leave a parcel in a safe place you do so at your own risk and no replacement order will be sent out should the original order go missing. 

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. You should expect to receive your order within,

2-3 working days within the UK

5-7 working days to Europe

Please note you may receive more than one delivery per order as some items may be dispatched separately.

Eco Friendly Plastic Free Packaging

In line with our mission to source and provide you with the finest collection of ethical products within the field of natural and cruelty free, we spent considerable time sourcing the most environmentally friendly packaging to ensure not only did your order arrive safely but we contributed towards saving our planet in addition to reducing the carbon footprint by working with businesses within the UK.

All our boxes are guaranteed to be environmentally green and 100% FSC certified using strong craft material which is 100% recyclable.

Priding ourselves on attention to detail when it comes to packaging your orders. We ensure your products arrive in tip top condition and guarantee your unboxing experience will be a pleasurable one. From the biodegradable craft paper (100% recycled) used to cushion your products, the white (acid free) tissue paper that snuggly holds them all together for protection during its onward journey to our front door. To the non-toxic ink used to create our branded sticker that finally holds together your pending order securely. All firmly closed together using self-sealing or eco friendly tape.

Recycling helps protect the environment, reduce the need for extracting mining, quarrying and logging, refining and processing materials. All of these create substantial air and water pollution. As recycling saves energy, it also reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which helps to tackle climate change.

Lost and undelivered items

The delivery service we use considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders.

Often parcels don’t take this amount of time, however please note we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. Should you have any queries relating to your deliver or order please contact us via email at hello@ethicalskincare.co.uk.

Returns

We are happy to offer a replacement on goods damaged in transit or sent in error. Please contact hello@ethicalskincare.co.uk. An exchange or credit note is available for unopened, unused goods that are no longer required.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition. Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days.

All returns are at the expense of the purchaser. However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, we will refund shipping costs. We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please retain a proof of postage.

Under the ‘Sales of Goods Law’ we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.

We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days of receipt of the return, however we will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method and notify you on completion via email. Should your card have expired in the mean-time please email us at  hello@ethicalskincare.co.uk

Please contact us if you have ordered an item in error and we will endeavour to swap the unopened, unused item for the one you require. This is at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Along with used items, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate products for return.

Returns are not received by the manufacturer, please contact us directly.
