Mauli Rituals grow strong hair oil, formulated in England, supports your hair. Ingredients include herbs of thickening bhringraj, rejuvenating bhrami and conditioning amla. They individually infuse each ingredient. Infusion takes place in a base of nutrient-rich moringa, flame of the forest, argan, sesame and coconut oils.
Pollution, stress, a build-up of quick-fix styling products, age, thinning and greying, all impact on the quality of hair. While this can be upsetting, it’s never too late to take action. Just as we rely on daily moisturisers for skin, the people of India rely on nourishing oils to help the hair. Oils protect, maintain and help strengthen scalp and roots. As a result, you’ll have thick, glossy hair.
Hand-blended using traditional Ayurvedic methods. The oils and herbs are separately heated at their various optimal temperatures, then cooled and reheated several times over eight-twelve weeks. This ensures the blends mature and the infuse, at which point soothing Himalayan cedarwood and turmeric leaf are added and further left to settle.
The powerful ingredients and ancient blending method combine to offer lacklustre hair strength and vitality. Housed in a chic and simple, Malui Rituals matt black recycled tube. The iconic grow strong hair oil makes a thoughtful gift if you can bear to part with it!
Ideal for all types of hair. Restores thickness, volume and colour. 100% natural and vegan hair oil. Also free from preservatives, silicone and mineral oils, parabens. Uses no palm oil, sulphates or chemicals.
How to Use
For the ultimate night-time repair ritual, apply 2-3 drops along sections of brushed, parted hair and massage as if shampooing to cover roots and scalp, working a little through to ends. Once applied, sleep well, wake and wash as normal.
Or leave in for 2hrs, as that is sufficient time for the oil to penetrate and nourish scalp and roots and then wash as normal.
Use twice weekly for the first six weeks and weekly thereafter (and on holiday, when hair can become particularly parched) and weekly thereafter.
Regular treatment helps reduce premature thinning, adds thickness, softness and shine.
Amla high in tannin compounds and one of the worlds most powerful antioxidants with 20 times the concentrated vitamin C of an orange. Amla infuses hair with nutrition that protects against environmental aggressors, while working to strengthen follicles, promote growth and diminish split ends, dryness and dandruff.
Bringraj is a calming oil and a little applied before bed helps improve sleep patterns and reduce stress. In a study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology in 2009 tests determined that treatment with bhringraj extract helped stimulate hair growth. Additionally, a 2008 study from the Archives of Dermatological Research found that bringraj extract was more effective than minoxidil (commonly used in the treatment of hair loss) in promoting hair growth.
Brahmi is rich in saponins and tannins and these powerful antioxidants help improve hair thickness and gloss while eliminating dandruff, reducing split ends and slowing signs of premature greying and discolouration.
Moringa, with an impressive oleic acid content of 72%, contains 47 potent antioxidants, 36 anti-inflammatory compounds, 18 essential amino acids, 7 x the vitamin C of an orange, 3 times the iron of an almond, 4 x the calcium of milk and twice as much vitamin A as found in a carrot. The incredible rejuvenating properties of this light, luxurious oil penetrate deeply into scalp and follicles so depleted minerals and vitamins can repair and revive naturally.
